Operation Energy

The operation of a gasoline engine is a very complex process, since we are talking about a thermodynamic machine consisting of a set of parts or mechanisms fixed and mobile, whose main function is to transform the chemical energy that provides the combustion produced by a mixture of air and fuel into energy. I.e. internal combustion engines are basically a machine that mixes oxygen with gasified fuel. Once mixed intimately and confined in a space called combustion chamber, fumes are lit for burning (combustion). Due to its design, the engine uses the heat generated by combustion, such as energy to produce the spinning motion that we know. When occurs this transformation of chemical energy into mechanical can perform useful work as, for example, to move a vehicle such as a car or automobile vehicle, or any other mechanism, as it could be a generator of electric current. If at some point compare parts or fundamental mechanisms comprising structurally a petrol engine and a diesel engine, to see that in many respects they are similar, while in others they differ completely, although its principle of operation is similar in both cases.
